Overview

This is the second in a series of five seminars which will explore the nuances of Scots law and how these nuances could affect everyday delivery of a construction contract.  The series is aimed at current and future decision makers in the profession who are either developing or interpreting construction contracts.

This seminar will examine the main differences between the NEC3 and NEC4 standard forms of contract and understanding how the changes impact the decision making process.
