Overview
This a self guided tour of up to two hours on the water in canoes and kayaks enabling Members and partners to experience historic Norwich, its bridges and both its ancient and modern riverside.
The event will start and finish at the Ribs of Beef on the bank of the River Wensum in the center of Norwich. There will be 13 canoes, 4 double kayaks and 8 single kayaks available for up to twenty six Members and partners. This could be increased if necessary.
The event will finish with pizza’s for all paddlers.
This is a social event organised by the Norfolk Branch of the East of England Region. It is an opportunity for Members and their partners in the region and, perhaps, beyond to meet face to face in a social context leaving the Teams screen behind. It is also an opportunity for Members to meet their current Branch and Regional representatives and discuss how individuals can volunteer and benefit from becoming involved with the Institution’s Eastern Region and its Branches.
