Overview

Bullying unfortunately remains a reality in some workplaces and can be devastating to our performance, confidence, and sense of well-being. Do you know where to turn should you, or someone you know, become a victim of workplace harassment?

During this webinar, we will:

  • Clarify definitions and the UK legal position
  • Explore risk factors that enable bullying behaviour
  • Understand why we rarely speak up about bullying; ‘the bystander effect’
  • Identify ways to take positive action
