Overview

How are you at coping with criticism? Do you know how to receive feedback without responding defensively? In the heat of the moment, many of us don’t respond to criticism in the way that we would like. While a defensive reaction might be a natural response, it does mean that we run the risk of missing out on some important insight to help us grow and develop.

About this event

This short introductory webinar will support delegates in their understanding of:

  • What criticism is
  • Intention vs impact
  • Receiving feedback with grace – looking at tips to help you explore the feedback and its value
  • Handling criticism appropriately and empowering yourself to choose how to respond
  • Recognising what to take from given criticism and how to let go of it when it isn’t helpful
