Overview
The ECNet Networking 2024 is an event targeted on aspiring engineers, students and apprentices to start building their professional network and gain valuable connections that will help them advance in their engineering careers. With a focus on fostering career growth and promoting diversity and gender equality, participants can engage in discussions on industry trends and exchange their experiences in the field.
Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with peers, local engineers, and members of Edinburgh ECNet Committee in a formal setting, complemented by refreshments and beverages.
The ECNet Committee representative will introduce the committee to the guests, briefly present on the available ICE memberships and promote the upcoming local events. To help spark conversations, a representative from the ECNet Committee will introduce attendees whenever possible.
This networking event aims to result in a stronger connection between early career members of the civil engineering industry and integrate the ICE with local students, graduates and apprentices.
