Overview

The joint society Christmas party is an annual event co-organised by numerous local professional societies, aiming to connect friends across the industry and celebrate the season together. The theme of the party this year features the movie Inside Out, and participants may dress up as either Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear or Disgust. The party is jointly organised with AES, ASCE, ASHRAE, CIPHE, HKIE, IET, IMechE, CIBSE and YEAHK.

Capacity: 10 for ICE members

Registration deadline: 29 November 2024 (Friday)

Notes:

  • Registration will be confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis, with priority given to ICE Graduate and Student Members.
  • Only successful applicants will receive confirmation emails, including the payment method.
  • Once registration is confirmed, payment is non-refundable.
  • Attendance certificates will be provided after two weeks of the event only if attendees attend the whole event.
  • Applicants with no-show records will be given lower priority in future G&S events.
  • Participants must be over the legal age of 18 as a prerequisite to join the workshop.
  • Please inform us in advance about any food/alcohol allergies.
