Overview
In 2019 the Fletcher Building embarked on a bold plan to improve health and safety culture across its businesses. The development of a global best practice line led approach to health and safety required a cultural shift in the organisation and a belief that all injuries are preventable.
From confronting mirror walks, through the development of strategic pillars under the company’s core value, protect, to the development of line led safety leadership programmes delivered to 2,400 leaders and now the launch of Safety Leadership 2.0 – Healthy Work; hear about the challenges, highlights and tools developed and now in use every day across Fletcher Construction.
Hear about how Fletcher are now sharing this across the industry.
