Event organised by ICE
The Procurement Act 2023 replaces the Public Contract Regulations 2015. This new piece of law aims to improve public procurement processes. It will simplify the process for buying goods and services from the public sector, and will give small businesses more opportunities to win contracts. The act is due to come into effect on 24 February 2025.
This presentation will condense down the key features of the Procurement Act 2023 into bite size chunks.
