Overview

This online event is for supervising civil engineers (SCEs), delegated engineers (DEs) and approved IPD online mentors based in the South West, Wales and the Americas.

During the forum, staff from your local membership recruitment team will provide you with updates and insights useful for your role, and there will be opportunities for you discuss issues and ask questions.

Please note that forums do not form part of the formal briefing which is required for appointment in the SCE and Mentor roles, but you are advised to attend to keep up to date in these roles once appointed. All SCEs, DEs and approved IPD Online mentors are invited to attend.

Michelle is the ICE Membership Manager for South West England, Wales & the Americas. She is experienced in a range of operational and strategic roles, leading customer service delivery, customer insight, data analysis, risk and compliance in complex environments.

She uses this experience in the professional development field, to support a range of students, apprentices, graduates and experienced practitioners in their personal development pathways, as well as supporting their employers' learning and development programmes.
