When to attend? Usually after having worked as an engineer for over 4 years and if you have had some management or leadership activities in your role, and after attending “Your career appraisal – start the journey”
Why attend? If your academic qualifications are suitable, passing the career appraisal is the first step towards being able to apply for a Professional Review for IEng MICE or CEng MICE.
How long is the session? 120 minutes with 10 minutes break
What will it contain? Detailed guidance to help you prepare and submit your career appraisal application, next steps towards your professional review and where to go for further information.
