Overview
This short lunchtime presentation will focus on a few key topics around managing mental health in times of great stress and uncertainty.
We will look at ways to 'leave work at work' and why this is important, as well as gaining tips and scientific advice for building resilience in uncertain times.
We will be joined by two speakers:
- Ruth Shevelan will discuss managing a full time high-stress career, whilst also training and competing in sport for Great Britain
- Lucy Whitehall will provide us with scientific research and techniques for managing our mental health and building resilience. These useful tips and tricks can be used every day to bring positivity and a sense of wellbeing.
Please note that booking is essential. The online link will be sent to you ahead of the event.
This webinar is brought to you by the ICE North West Fairness, Inclusion and Respect Group.
