Overview
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in infrastructure projects as a subject matter has been in existence for many years, but has gained traction in the last few years. This is likely due to department clients requiring to demonstrate their Public Sector Equality Duty and to demonstrate adherence to Equality Act, 2010 in general. Whatever the driver is, true inclusion occurs only when EDI considerations run through every stage of a project.
In this session, we shall explore through example projects ideas, tools and techniques to incorporate EDI consideration at key stages of a project.
