Currently, as Dir. Global Industry Development, for the Build & Construct division of Nemetschek, James is responsible for ensuring the global alignment and synergy of technology solutions, with the needs and values of the industry.
Previously, James was Bluebeam’s UKI+ Regional Director, where he drove commercial growth through the positioning and utilization of technology. James is an active member and participant with numerous industry affiliations and strategy advisory boards. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in 3D Design with Applied Mechanical Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University, UK.

Alan Mosca is the co-founder and CTO of nPlan, where he leads technology, research, and product, whilst developing thought leadership about forecasting and risk.
nPlan was founded in 2017 with the vision to become the AI platform on which decisions would be made about the future of projects and portfolios, through the use of AI that can forecast outcomes and automatically explore scenarios. Since being founded nPlan has collected the world’s largest dataset of completed construction schedules on roughly 750,000 projects, varying across infrastructure, engineering, and construction.
Before nPlan, Alan spent 7 years as a technologist in quantitative finance, on live trading systems, research, and front-office in both high-frequency trading and asset management. Alan has extensive experience in algorithm design and software engineering and holds a BEng in Computer Engineering, MSc in Computer Science, and doctoral research in machine learning theory.

A former chief technology officer at Mott MacDonald, Mark Enzer advises the company’s key clients on digitalisation and broader industry transformations. He was previously director of the University of Cambridge’s Centre for Digital Built Britain, where he led the national digital twin programme. A champion of outcomes-focused systems thinking, the circular economy and collaborative delivery models in the built environment, Enzer is a visiting professor at both Cambridge and Imperial College London. He is also a member of the prime minister’s Council for Science and Technology.
