Christina is former Welsh local authority chief executive and now leadership consultant.
Christina was a highly commended finalist, MJ Chief Executive of the Year 2021 and is also listed within the top 100 influential women in Wales.
Christina is vice chair of SOLACE Wales and lead SOLACE Education chief executive; through these roles she works closely with government to develop national policy and practices across the public sector. She is also the Gwent Electoral Regional Returning Officer.
Christina has a master’s degree in public administration (MPA) and a first-class honours degree in civil engineering. She is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
Following completion of her MPA and her leadership bursary at the highly esteemed Harvard University in Boston. Christina developed an award-winning, innovative, value-based Leadership in Public Services Master’s degree programme.
In recognition of the success of the programme, coupled with her overall contribution to public services leadership, Christina was awarded the Leading in Wales, Leader of the Future Award.
Christina lives in Monmouthshire with her husband and daughter and in her spare time enjoys walking her dog and travelling.
