Overview
What is housing? Is it a human right, like our universal commitment to the right to an education? Or is it infrastructure? Would filing housing under national infrastructure guarantee extra funding and pave the way to more affordable high-quality developments?
Why not join the next ICE West Midlands Chair’s Programme online debate and find out what others think housing should be classed? During this online debate, speakers with experience in housing will share their opinions. Audience will be able to vote to share their opinions as well as ask questions during a Q&A session.
This online debate is part of the 2019-2020 West Midlands Regional Chair's Programme theme on ‘Enabling Housing Through Infrastructure’ and investigates the key role of the infrastructure in the West Midlands for delivering housing needed in the region.
