Overview
ICE East Midlands invites members to join the next Lunch and Learn: Improving local roads - the route to a better future.
Everyone depends on the UK’s network of local roads; they are at the heart of our communities and these arteries of our country need investment to ensure they are suitable to compete in the global economy.
With the government’s Comprehensive Spending Review planned this autumn, Matthew Lugg OBE, Head of Profession Local Government at WSP, will discuss what a new strategy for local road maintenance funding should cover.
The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.
