Overview
The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the way we live and work across the globe. This online presentation explores how this unprecedented situation is affecting the supply chain and what can be done to help minimise the risks many companies are facing. While organisations have been able to utilise digital infrastructure to enable staff to work from home, it is fair to say that not many highlighted a global pandemic and resulting lockdown in their risk registers.
Steve Fozard, Principal Consultant from Proxima, will highlight how to manage the many challenges the Covid-19 pandemic poses and explore potential opportunities that may arise for some suppliers to diversify. Steve will also cover subjects such as PPE, direct costs and formal contracts.
