Overview
At Careys, the team of Planning Engineers are tasked with taking design information and turning it into a clear and detailed plan for the delivery of the given project. This webinar will focus on how they plan a project from cost plan or tender stage, to signing a contract and through to construction. They will give an insight into how programmes are developed from first principles, into fully resourced and detailed tools for project management. They will also show how the team leverages new technology and approaches to improve safety, efficiency and information management; and how they use data to monitor progress, capture change, inform decision-making, and ultimately reduce risk and provide certainty of delivery.
