Overview
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Geospatial concepts are playing an increasingly important role in design & engineering. Find out why.
At Arcadis we use GIS on projects to build up a detailed picture of a scheme and enable a collaborative and efficient collection, sharing, integration and visualisation of data to the project team via interactive maps. This can lead to significant time savings in the collation and interpretation of large quantities of data.
This presentation will focus on some of Arcadis’s projects applying digital topics of Data Capture and Data Usage on large and small scale projects touching on subjects like: general data visualisation, BIM/GIS data visualisation, remote sensing, laser scanning and risk assessments.
