The presentation will provide an overview of the Ordsall Chord scheme and the structures that combine to form the new route and the Building Information Modelling implementation across the project (with particular emphasis on how collaboration between the respective contract parties has led to innovations in the design and construction process).

Jason is a Chartered Civil Engineer with Mott MacDonald in Altrincham. He has 6+ years of experience in the design, construction and assessment of bridges across both the UK and Europe. While working on the Ordsall Chord project, Jason has undertaken the role of a Civils Designer for the AECOM Mott MacDonald Joint Venture who have been responsible for the delivery of the civil engineering design on behalf of the Skanska BAM Joint Venture (civil engineering contractor for the works).
