About this event

Highway construction projects usually associate `quality` with a physical object, a physical construction process or a method of production. Quality is not always something we relate to the `softer` side of managing a highways construction project.

The positive influence of effective quality stakeholder and supply chain management, during design and development stages and throughout the life of a project, can sometimes be overlooked or underestimated. This can result in lost opportunities when developing such relationships.

Please note that numbers are strictly limited. Please use online booking to reserve your place.

  • This meeting will be held at the site offices for the MSM Manchester Smart Motorway Project. Please enter the site through the security gates and head to the main car park at the rear and follow the path to the main reception.
  • Bacon butties and drinks will be served on arrival.
  • At the end of the presentation there will be the chance to have a look around the site offices and find out more about the innovative working practices that allowed the project to build positive stakeholder relationships on this highly complex project.
