Roman is currently acting as a project manager at WSP. He has dedicated the past 14 years to the Highways team at Lincolnshire County Council, where he was appointed as the NEC4 project manager for the Spalding Western Relief Road.
Taylor Woodrow

Karl is a project manager at Taylor Woodrow with over 20 years of experience within the civil engineering industry across the highway, rail and urban environment sectors.
He joined the Spalding Western Relief Road project, going on to lead the team to the successful installation of the structure and highways works.
A presentation on the use of Light Weight Deflectometers (LWD) in pavement investigation and design. An LWD is a portable device for measuring pavement properties in-situ.
