Overview

The communication task forms part of the assessment of the interpersonal skill and communication attribute in the IEng Professional Review.

ICE South West Early Careers Network is hosting a four-part series of online events to provide you with guidance on how to communicate well within a series of industry-specific themes.

Although the event is open to all ICE members, it's particularly useful if you're preparing for your Professional Review at IEng level.

This first session will focus on the topic of sustainable development and professional commitment.

An ICE membership development officer will start by introducing the communication task as part of the IEng Professional Review.

This will be followed by a guest speaker who will introduce the topic.

Breakout groups will be formed to discuss questions posed by the guest speaker on the theme.

The event will be concluded with a group feedback discussion.

You're encouraged to prepare by doing some research and reading around the theme.

A Miro whiteboard will be used during the session so please register for a free account in advance.

If you require any reasonable adjustments during this online event, please let us know using the special requirements box during booking.
