Ever frozen in a moment that mattered? That’s a hesitation hangover. In this dynamic lunchtime session, Mu-shin Self-Defence shares science-backed tools to build instinctive confidence, de-escalate conflict, and take decisive action — for yourself and others. Practical, powerful strategies to respond with clarity, fairness, and calm under pressure.

Synopsis:

You know that moment—something feels off, a boundary’s crossed, and you freeze. Later, you replay it. That lingering regret is your “hesitation hangover.”
In this 60-minute lunchtime session, Mu shin Self Defence will demonstrate some out-of-the-box thinking to empower you and your family against modern threats.

  • Decode the real villains—hesitation, uncertainty, second-guessing
  • Build instinctive responses using science-backed tools: visualisation, habit stacking, conflict resolution.
  • Apply calm, strategic solutions and decisive action to elevate your capabilities and respect.

Walk away with a toolkit to make sure hesitation never has the last word — and to stand up for fairness, respect, and inclusion when it counts most.
Grab your lunch—smart strategies start at 1pm.
