Rob Hubbard AMICE

Rob is a chartered quantity surveyor and is principal consultant and owner of RICS registered consultancy, Cantidad Limited. He has enjoyed a diverse career with over 35 years’ experience, progressing from site-based roles with Tier 1 contractors through managerial roles to director level in private practice. Rob has led teams to deliver a wide range of construction and civil engineering projects in several varied sectors.

From feasibility studies through to final account and further through dispute resolution, Rob has successfully managed the commercial delivery of projects and programs of work. He has a direct and immediate experience of the needs and requirements of both contractor and employer organisation and prides himself on delivering efficiently and effectively and to exceptionally high standards.

He has a MSc in construction law and dispute resolution and acts as a Construction Adjudicator, Arbitrator, a RICS registered expert witness and a CMC Registered Commercial Mediator.

Rob has also achieved FRICS, SCInstCES, FCIArb, FCITH, FIHE, MAE, MEWI, and MAPM status.
