Martyn has championed temporary works procedural control across all types and sizes of organisations within the construction industry. He has worked on many TWf publications, BS 5975 reviews, and worked closely with the NASC, FASET and other trade organisations to promote good practice.

Jan is HSE technical strategy lead for structures and demolition and he is also assisting the building safety regulator in the oversight of incorporation of the new Eurocodes into the Building Regulations approved documents suite.

Andy is a structural engineer with 20 years' industry experience designing buildings and bridges across the world, including R&D work in 3D printing technology over the last 5 years. Prior to inventing Minimass, he has been director of engineering at Bjarke Ingels Group and Associate Partner at Foster + Partners. He is a Chartered member of ICE and holds a degree in civil and structural engineering from Cambridge University.

Prior to this, she spent 4 years as a strategy consultant and two in commercial / analytical roles in FMCG and retail.
