About this event

The Wessex Capacity programme is the largest improvement to the Network in 3 decades. The Wessex capacity alliance consists of Network Rail, Skanska, Colas, Mott MacDonald and AECOM delivering a variety of projects that form the Wessex Capacity programme.

Works include lengthening of platforms 1-4 at Waterloo, congestion relief at Vauxhall and bringing the old Waterloo International Terminal back into use for domestic services.

The presentation will provide an overview of how to construct a high performing collaborative team to deliver these works.
