ICE is part of a joint group in Malta called the Malta Group of Professional Engineering Institutions (MGPEI).

We also have two Student Chapters - one at the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology and the other at the University of Malta.

    The Malta joint group arranges events, visits to ongoing engineering projects and social activities for ICE members based in Malta. This gives members opportunities to share knowledge and network with other civil engineering professionals.

Student Chapters

Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology Student Chapter

The ICE Student Chapter at the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology is run by an elected committee of students who organise interesting civil engineering events.

Getting involved with a Student Chapter gives civil engineer students valuable experience of working with members in the industry. It also helps you develop negotiation, organisation and budgetary skills, which will give you invaluable experience for your professional life.

University of Malta Student Chapter

The ICE Student Chapter at the University of Malta is run by an elected committee of students who organise civil engineering events. It was created as an initiative of members of the Society of Architecture and Civil Engineering Students at the University of Malta (SACES).

Getting involved with a Student Chapter gives civil engineer students valuable experience of working with members in the industry. It also helps you develop negotiation, organisation and budgetary skills, which will give you invaluable experience for your professional life.
