ICE 200: BBC Question Time hosted at One Great George Street

The latest BBC One Question Time topical debate show was recorded in the Great Hall at One Great George Street - as part of our ICE 200 programme of activities.

Panellists included secretary of state for international trade Liam Fox, shadow minister for labour Laura Pidcock, restaurateur, writer and Great British Bake Off judge Prue Leith and spoken word artist and social campaigner George the Poet.

The panel also included AECOM structural engineer Roma Agrawal. Roma spent six years working on London's The Shard building, the tallest in western Europe - and is a diversity campaigner for women in engineering.

She was featured in The Telegraph's Top 50 Women in Engineering Poll and regularly promotes engineering, scientific and technical careers to young people.

Topics discussed included women in leadership roles, STEM and international development.

One Great George Street, ICE's headquarters and popular conference venue, threw opens its doors for filming as part of ICE 200 -a year of activities designed to inform the public what civil engineers do to transform people’s lives, safeguard the future and that civil engineering can be a rewarding and creative career.
