We've been partnering with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) since 2014 to offer our members, who are IEng or CEng, and have five years or more management experience the opportunity to apply for Chartered Manager (CMgr) – which is the highest management qualification.

Chartered Managers are found in all sectors and types of management role and many have testified that it has boosted their career and personal development.

These are the key findings of research by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). CMI surveyed 535 managers working in large and small businesses, and public sector and not-for-profit organisations to understand the impact this accreditation has made on their careers and employers.
