ICE Northern Ireland has published an invitation to tender for an infrastructure policy insights report, to be published this summer.

The planned report’s overarching objective is to provide a valuable, impartial, evidence-based and peer reviewed contribution to the debate around infrastructure resilience and decarbonisation in Northern Ireland. The working title for the report is ‘Key priorities for resilient, net zero infrastructure in Northern Ireland’.

The principal audiences for the planned report would be key stakeholders in Northern Ireland’s infrastructure landscape, including the NI Executive, with the report having wider relevance to ICE members in Northern Ireland and beyond.

ICE is looking to deliver a holistic view of priorities and interventions required to support decarbonisation and the actions required to enable greater resilience of assets – insights that will support decisions to help mitigate the worst impacts of climate change, whilst safeguarding the community and local industry.
