Inspire tomorrow’s engineers this summer

ICE is attending and running lots of exciting events around the UK this June to inspire young people to take up a career in engineering. We’d love as many members as possible to come and join us.

The brilliant Big Bang events are happening all around the country in June and July before the end of the school term – starting with Northern Ireland on 12 June and finishing on 14 July in Northumbria. They attract youngsters of all ages to learn about careers in STEM (science, technology engineering and maths) and have lots of fun trying out some hands-on challenges.

This national celebration of the achievements of and opportunities for women in the sector happens on Friday 23 June. They'll be events happening across the UK on this day including talks, tours, school visits and much more aiming to engage young people, student engineers and professionals.
