Throughout your career you may have to present complex projects to a diverse public audience. It is not easy but one of the best ways to gain valuable experience is the ICE Communications Competition.
Each team (up to 5 people) can select a pre-defined scenario. They must produce a strategy paper and public information leaflet then give a 20 minute presentation. Just like the real thing with an audience (including competitor teams) who can ask sometimes tricky questions.
The competition is open to teams of ICE graduate and student members, who have up to seven years' industry experience. It provides excellent experience for members working towards their professional qualification an opportunity to add to their CPD and IPD. The winning team receives £250 and a place in a UK semi-final.
Entry closes on 1 April and the competition will take place at the Holiday Inn, Cambridge on Wednesday 26 April. Don't delay enter today.
