The government has published  the latest set of guidelines for businesses in the construction sector and the actions needed for exiting the EU on 1 January 2021.

Following the end of the Brexit transition period on 31 December 2020, new rules for businesses who import or export to or from the EU will exist.

The Government Business Secretary Alok Sharma has published the latest set of guidelines for businesses in the construction sector. The guidelines detail the top actions each business needs to take to prepare for transition.

The Government is providing a range of support, including webinars to walk businesses through the changes. These are available to watch on demand at: www.gov.uk/transition-webinars.
