How has lockdown been for you? We're looking for your experiences, professional and personal for a series of blogs.
Now that the country is very slowly coming out of lockdown following the coronavirus pandemic, we're looking for blog submissions on how people have coped with the rapid and unexpected change to the way they work.
How has lockdown been for you, personally, and professionally? What adjustments have you had to make? How has it impacted your work? Are you a technophobe that’s mastered digital meetings?
We want your professional and personal experiences of how it's affected your wellbeing and your professional life. We’re also keen to hear your thoughts on what you think the future holds for the engineering profession post-Covid?
Send us your experiences as a Word document (via the submit form below) for publication over the course of the next few weeks. Closing date for submissions is October 20. There’s a £20 Amazon voucher up for grabs for each of the most popular five blogs.
The ICE Editorial team will choose the best five blogs based on a combination of writing quality, content, topicality and reach. As one of the criteria is reach, we’ll provide you with the link to your blog and encourage you to share it with your networks so that as many people get so read it as possible. As usual, we reserve the right to edit blogs so that they hit the right note and depending on the volume of blogs we receive, we may not be able to publish them all.
Please ensure that your blogs are between 800-1,000 words. Remember to include your name and email, job title/professional status and a hi-res profile image if possible.
