Total number of cases are up 77% on 2018 figures.
Use of counselling support is at an all-time high for the ICE Benevolent Fund.
The ICE Benevolent Fund has been working in partnership with Anxiety UK and has received 42 referrals to the service since it began.
This year has seen a 90% increase in the number of people supported, as more ICE members become aware of this specialist support for themselves and their dependent family members, including children under 18 years of age.
There are case stories on the Ben Fund website about how the Anxiety UK service has supported members, including Nick, who believes his referral ensured he didn't spiral into a dark place, and Freya, who was experiencing anxiety over money worries.
Take a look at the ICE Benevolent Fund website to find out more about the package of support available to help you cope if you, or a member of your family, is suffering from anxiety, stress or anxiety-based depression.
