ICE Hong Kong Association (HKA) congratulates Kenneth Kwok and David Mak for being elected to the committee.
ICE Hong Kong Association (HKA) welcomed two committee members for the 2022-23 session after election votes were counted on 3 May 2022.
They are Kenneth Kwok and David Mak who received 227 and 226 votes, respectively.
Of 422 eligible voting papers received, 415 were valid. Since two vacancies were open for nomination, the two candidates with the highest number of votes were elected.
Votes were scrutinised by HKA officers of the 2021-22 session. Namely:
- Louis Wong (Chairman)
- Ambrose Cheong (Vice Chairman)
- Percy Hau (Honorary Secretary)
- Alan Cheng (Honorary Treasurer)
- Dr Eric Li (Immediate Past Chairman)
The new committee will be installed at the HKA annual general meeting (AGM) on 16 June 2022.

Hong Kong Association
ICE Hong Kong Association (ICE HKA) is the strongest overseas local association of the institution.
Established in November 1999, it has more than 7,300 members in Hong Kong.
The object of the association is to promote, develop and expand the public perception of the role, duties and achievements of civil engineers.
As a learned society, the association has initiated and planned a range of events to help the exchange of expert civil engineering knowledge.
