Members, look out for an email from Civica Election Services on 9 May 2024.
The ICE has encouraged its members to have their say and use their vote in the ICE membership ballot, opening 3 June 2024.
This year members will be asked to vote on:
- 11 vacancies for ICE Council members
- Three vacancies for ICE Trustee Board members
Test email from Civica
The vote will be administered by Civica Election Services (CES) who shall email or post ballot papers to members. CES is an independent body that will scrutinise the votes and ensure the integrity of the ballot.
On 9 May 2024, CES will send a test email to all members eligible to vote in this year’s elections.
The email will come from the address [email protected]. Members are asked to add this address to their safe senders list.
Ballot papers and further information
Members will receive ballot papers and further information from CES in early June. The ICE encourages members to browse through the information and spare a little time to register their vote.
