Members, look out for an email from Civica Election Services on Thursday 5 May 2022.

2022 ICE membership ballot: voting opens in June
The ballot will run from 1 June to 12 July 2022.

The ICE membership ballot opens on 1 June 2022 and ICE members are encouraged to use their vote and have their say.

This year members will be asked to vote on:

  • 13 vacancies ICE Council members.
  • One vacancy for a Trustee Board member.

Test email from Civica

The vote will be administered by Civica Election Services (CES) who shall email or post ballot papers to members.

CES is an independent body that will scrutinise the votes and ensure the integrity of the ballot.

On Thursday 5 May 2022, CES will send a test email to all members eligible to vote in this year’s elections.

The email will come from the address [email protected].

Members are asked to add this address to their safe senders list.

Ballot papers and further information

Members will receive ballot papers and further information from CES in early June.

ICE encourages members to browse through the information and spare a little time to register their vote.
