Learn when to use this form of contract, how to put it together, the contract strategy, and how it's managed effectively.
NEC has launched training for its new facilities management contracts.
In January, NEC Contracts released pre-publication versions of its latest suite of contracts covering facilities management. Produced with the support of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM), the new contracts are designed for appointing suppliers for a defined period of time to manage and provide a service.
Facilities management is a diverse sector, with contracts needed for everything from cleaning to reception to security and more. The contracts created by NEC are accessible and user-friendly, due to the terminology and processes being closely aligned to reactive maintenance.
The introductory course will take place on 20 May. Delivered virtually by one of NEC’s expert tutors, delegates attending this course will gain an insight into when to use this form of contract, how to put it together, the contract strategy, and how it is managed effectively.
The one-day training course is designed for those with minimal knowledge about NEC and its contracts.
