‘Opportunities to make a difference’
The current chair’s Future Leader, Ellie Thomas, has worked alongside Lilli Crämer, chair of the ICE Wales Cymru Committee and Executive Board, throughout her tenure.
Thomas, who was also ICE STEM Ambassador of the Year in 2023, said working with Crämer will benefit her career.
She said: “Being the chair’s Future Leader has been an invaluable experience that will benefit me in my future career, and I am grateful to Lilli Crämer, chair, for all support and advice throughout the year.
“It has helped me gain a deeper understanding of how ICE works, gain access to great mentors and it has allowed me to network with many people across the industry, including the former Secretary of State for Wales, Rt Hon David T C Davies!
“I would encourage anyone to apply who is hoping to enhance their future career pathway and have opportunities to make a difference!”
