Rachel Skinner confirmed as 156th ICE President

Rachel Skinner, current ICE Vice President, has been officially elected as the next President by ICE Council and will succeed Paul Sheffield in November 2020 as the ICE’s second female president.

Skinner was initially put forward as a potential candidate for the 2020/21 Presidency by the Nomination Committee in January 2019 and confirmed by Council in April 2019.

Council has now formally elected her to serve for the session.
