Civil engineers are being called to nominate inspiring women for this year’s Women’s Engineering Society’s (WES) Top 50 Women in Engineering Awards.

In 2023, the theme of the UK awards is women engineers who are engaged in safety and security, and who #MakeSafetySeen.

The winners will be women who are protecting the public through their work.

Anyone can enter a nominee, and women are encouraged to nominate themselves, as well as others.

“This is not the time to be shy and retiring, the world needs women like you to step forward,” said WES.

How to enter

Nominations close at 12 noon on 31 March 2023.
