How to vote

All members who are eligible to vote should have received details on how to do so via email. Otherwise, the ballot papers will have been sent to you by post at the beginning of June.

Those registered with MyICE will have been emailed from [email protected].

The ICE has chosen to use Civica Election Services (CES) as the independent scrutineer to administer the vote and to ensure the integrity of the ballot.

Those who haven’t received their ballot email or postal pack, or have any questions about how to vote, please contact [email protected] or [email protected].

Why vote

The council and trustee board elections are an opportunity to choose the right people.

The ICE needs visionary thinkers to help achieve long-term ambitions that benefit society.

The trustee board is responsible for the institution’s strategic decision making.

It’s supported by the ICE Council, which helps to direct the strategic lifelong learning and engineering knowledge of the institution.

ICE Council representatives are directly elected by the institution’s members.
