She will replace Chris Gibson, who is leaving the ICE’s knowledge business division after 15 years.
The ICE has appointed Andrea Naylor as the new managing director of Thomas Telford Limited (TTL), the commercial arm of the institution.
Naylor, who has a wealth of experience in the B2B information and publishing sector, joins from the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, where she was content director.
Before that, she was managing director at Bloomberg Industries.
She replaces Chris Gibson, who is leaving TTL in April 2023 after 15 years at the organisation.
"I’m delighted to join the organisation at such a crucial time in its digital development and look forward to helping engineers and infrastructure professionals in their work.
"There is so much we can achieve," Naylor said.
ICE director general Janet Young said: "Andrea will build on the excellent progress that has made TTL a leader in its field for commercial civil engineering contract and information products and which has enabled the ICE to continue its charitable aims."
After studying law at Oxford University, Naylor went on to work at LexisNexis, where she was responsible for the digital development of legal content.
She will start at TTL on 20 March 2023.
