As part of its commitment to continuous improvement, the ICE has launched a new survey to seek valuable feedback and ensure its events and activities continue to meet the needs of members.

The ICE offers hundreds of events and activities across the UK every year, reaching thousands of members online and in their local area.

From workshops to webinars, these opportunities are part of the ICE’s varied and comprehensive programme to support members and uphold the highest professional standards.

Working with independent market research agency, MorphB2B, the survey asks members for their views on the ICE’s current events and activities in the UK.

‘Make your voice heard’

Jenny Green, director of ICE regions, highlighted the significance of the initiative:

"The ICE is committed to promoting the highest professional standards, so delivering effective activities and a targeted programme of events is extremely important.

“I would encourage all members to participate in the survey and contribute to shaping the future of our events and activities around the UK.

“This is your chance to make your voice heard on what you like and what works best for you.”

Quick and easy

The survey is designed to be quick and easy, requiring no more than 10 minutes to complete.

Members who participate will have the opportunity to:

  • Influence the future of ICE’s events and activities by answering questions on what works well and what could be improved.
  • Shape the programme by helping ICE identify areas for improvement, ensuring that future events and activities are more relevant and beneficial.
  • Enter a prize draw to win one of three £50 Amazon vouchers as a token of appreciation.

The survey, which guarantees anonymity and confidentiality, will close on 18 October 2024.

The research will inform and influence the ICE’s future events programme around the UK.
