Since devolution, significant progress has been made to improve Scotland’s transport, but there is still more to do. Our State of the Nation 2013 report examines the current state of Scotland’s transport infrastructure, and aims to inform future Scottish policy and decision making. Our report proposes a series of recommendations which we believe can build on the achievements we have seen to date.
