Congestion on roads, railways, airports and ports continues to be a key challenge for the South East.
Our ability to meet this challenge affects not only businesses and people living in South East England, but also impacts on London and the rest of the UK.
There needs to be a long-term, funded plan for investment in transport infrastructure, which is developed through political consensus and then delivered by professionals without changes or delays being introduced into the process.
