Molly Stroyman

After leading a photovoice project alongside a Bridges to Prosperity build in rural Rwanda in 2016, Molly published residents' photos and translated interviews in a book, with community feedback improving subsequent builds, and inspiring later teams to enhance engagement in their programmes.

Her report on the project, about the need to integrate engagement into engineering standards, was published by IABSE and presented this April at their Engineering in the Developing World Conference in Kuala Lumpur.

With more than 20 years experience working across social and technical disciplines, Molly manages stakeholder engagmement at COWI,  representing community and environmental interests within civil engineering projects.
