On 11 May 2021 the Disciplinary Board considered allegations of improper conduct against a Graduate Member.
The Disciplinary Board found this member guilty of improper conduct in relation to the allegation against him that he had breached By-law 13(1), (2)(a) and (e) and Rule 1 of the Rules of Professional Conduct relating to a criminal conviction.
Under the powers conferred on it, the Disciplinary Board ordered that this member be Suspended for a minimum of three years. The Disciplinary Board ordered that the fact and particulars of the Order against the member be posted in the Institution and published but that the member should remain anonymous.
